As the demand for pressed organic juice remains insatiable, Hain Celestial decided that it could no longer ignore this tremendous market opportunity.
In its Q1 Fiscal Year 2013 press release, Hain Celestial just announced that:
“The company had entered into a letter of intent to acquire BluePrint, a recognized leader in juice cleanses and single-serve raw juices based in New York City. The acquisition, which is expected to close by the end of calendar year 2012, is expected to be accretive to Hain Celestial’s earnings in fiscal year 2013. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.”
I have seen no official press release from Hain Celestial about the deal, and I have contacted BluePrint but they have no comment as of now. Read more »
