My Dinner on Friday Night at Metro Organic Bistro in Miami

On Friday night in Miami, I went to an organic restaurant on Biscayne Boulevard called Metro Organic Bistro.

My good friend Lora Krulak told me about Metro Organic Bistro and had positive things to say about the place, so I was eager to try it out. Here’s what I had.

ASIAN COLE SLAW

This Asian cole slaw was made with cabbage, red bell peppers, scallions, wasabi mayo, and soy sauce.

RATATOUILLE

The ratatouille was made with tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, squash, onions, and portobello mushrooms.

PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

All of the food that I had was excellent. It was fresh and had very good flavor.

Overall, I had a great experience at Metro Organic Bistro in Miami and would definitely go back the next time I am in the city.

Plus, I really like being able to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful night while eating. This doesn’t happen too much in New York City.
