479° Popcorn – Great Gourmet Organic Popcorn

Popcorn is one of my absolute favorite foods, so I was very excited to try the organic popcorn from 479°.

479° Popcorn stands apart from the competition with its incredibly exotic and sophisticated array of flavors.

Last night, a few friends of mine and I sampled these seven:

– Chipotle and Caramel Almonds

– Pimentòn de la Vera

– Madras Coconut Curry and Cashews

– Ginger Sesame Caramel

– Black Truffle and White Cheddar

– Vietnamese Cinnamon Sugar

– Fleur de Sel Caramel

My favorite was the Black Truffle and Cheddar followed by the Pimentòn de la Vera, a smoky, sweet and salty surprise.

What made the biggest impact on me was how different 479° Popcorn was from the popcorn that I had eaten in the past. I was expecting to be able to eat tons and tons of it, yet I couldn’t do that here. It was a few pieces and that was it. The taste was too rich and decadent.

But that is what defines 479° Popcorn. I don’t believe that this product is meant to be eaten by the bucket. It is meant to be savored, something that is rarely ever done with popcorn.

Overall, I was very impressed. The product is original and has great flavor profile, and the packaging is extremely well-done. This organic popcorn delivers a unique eating experience.
