What I Ate on Friday in Los Angeles

BREAKFAST

I started my day with two large organic green juices — celery, cucumber, kale, broccoli.

LUNCH

I had a cooler in my car so that I could have a healthy organic salad at lunch. The food at the trade show is typical fast food and non-organic. Kind of surprising for an organic trade show.

The organic salad was quinoa, kidney beans, carrots, beets, greens and a pickle.

DINNER

I couldn’t help myself. Yes, I went back to the phenomenal organic restaurant Au Lac.

I started off with an incredibly fresh herb salad.

Next, I moved onto the AMAZING, AMAZING Anh Fryed Rice — grass seed, corn, peas, cilantro, “fried onion”, olive and mushroom.

A great day at Expo West and some real good eating.
