What I Ate in Los Angeles on Sunday

Today was the last day of Expo West. While my breakfast and lunch may look pretty similar to what I’ve eaten the last few days, my dinner is from Erewhon Market in Los Angeles (not Orange County, where I had been staying).

BREAKFAST

Two large organic green juices — cucumber, celery and kale.

LUNCH

An organic salad — greens, beets, hummus, pickles, carrots, kamut, cucumbers, salsa and quinoa.

DINNER

Organic quinoa and kale salad with beets and walnuts from Erewhon Market in Los Angeles. Amazing place.
