Love Love Love this product! I use it to flavor slow cooked beans and as a base in soup broths because it adds a salty flavor and aids in digestion. it is pretty to look at when it is re-hydrated as well.Another great cluniary contribution from the great state of Maine!

I really love dulse as well. It does take some getting used to, however.
