Invited by Whole Foods, I left Miami on Sunday and landed in Costa Rica for a week’s stay. It is a lush, beautiful country, and I’ve been having a fantastic time here so far. More on that to come soon.

This plate was black beans, broccoli, carrots, corn, and rice.
