My Lunch Yesterday in Costa Rica

Invited by Whole Foods, I left Miami on Sunday and landed in Costa Rica for a week’s stay. It is a lush, beautiful country, and I’ve been having a fantastic time here so far. More on that to come soon.

In the meantime, here is what I had for lunch yesterday.

HEARTS OF PALM SALAD


RICE AND BEANS

This plate was black beans, broccoli, carrots, corn, and rice.

PINEAPPLE JUICE (SIN AZUCAR)

    Yes, the salad was great. It was chopped up in lemon juice and other spices were added.
