My Most Powerful Green Juice Recipe Yet

For me, there is no better way to start the day than to flood my body with tons of nutrients, enzymes, and minerals from a freshly-made organic green juice. And this juice here is my most powerful one, in terms of anti-cancer properties.

Using the fantastic Omega J8006, this morning I made a juice with celery, kale, radishes, and broccoli sprouts.

Here is why I used each ingredient:

Celery – Even though it is not a dark leafy green, celery has tremendous anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties.

Kale – Tons of antioxidants which help to fight free radicals. Also, a great source glucosinolates which help prevent cancer

Radishes – An excellent source of Vitamin C, which help to rebuild tissues and blood vessels.

Broccoli Sprouts – Contains sulforaphane, a powerful anti-cancer compound that helps fight and reduce the risk of developing cancer. One of the best foods that you can put into your body. Click HERE to read my full post about it.

RECIPE

8 large stalks of celery

2 large handfuls of kale

4 radishes

1 large handful of broccoli sprouts

Make sure everything is washed and cleaned very well.

Despite what people may tell you, washing in water alone is NOT sufficient, and it is imperative that you use a super-high quality vegetable wash. Water does not kill harmful bacteria or e.coli that may be on the produce. Furthermore, most fruit and vegetable washes use a very questionable ingredient – grapefruit seed extract – which has been linked to cancer.

The only fruit and vegetable wash that I use and recommend is the one from Vermont Soap Organics, and it can be purchased by clicking HERE.

Juicing takes work, but it is well worth the effort and will help keep your body’s immune system strong.
