This past weekend, I attended the fantastic Wanderlust Yoga Festival in Stratton, Vermont. If you are a yoga person, definitely try to go to one of these events. It is pretty spectacular. There was plenty of organic food available (a must, for me), and here is a sampling of some of the organic meals that I had.

BREAKFAST

I started my day with two large organic green juices — celery, cucumber, kale, broccoli.

The biggest trade show of the year in the organic food industry, Natural Products Expo West, starts tomorrow in Anaheim, CA and I am here covering it. Needless to say, this is a very exciting event and 55,000 people are expected to attend.

Since I get a lot of questions about how I eat organic on the road, I will be documenting all of my meals for everyone to see.

This is what I took on the plane.
