I am a Big Fan of Muesli Fusion’s Athlete Fuel

Next week is the biggest organic trade show of the year – Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, CA – and I came to California early to visit a friend and to check out the newest organic restaurants in San Francicso. (Stay tuned to my blog over the next few days, as I have some great ones that I am going to be sharing with you!)

For food on my flight, one product that I brought with me was Muesli Fusion’s Athlete Fuel.

I first discovered Muesli Fusion’s Athlete Fuel at Natural Products Expo East 2012 in Baltimore several months ago when I stopped by the company’s booth.

The other day I put up my Top 5 Organic Food Products from Natural Products Expo East 2012.

However, food was not the only thing that captured my attention at the show. The personal care and cooking products were incredibly impressive and innovative.

Top 5 Organic Products from Natural Products Expo East 2012

I just got back from the 2012 Natural Products Expo East trade show in Baltimore and had a fantastic few days.

Even though I spent A LOT of time in Proposition 37 and GMO-labeling meetings, I was able to discover some really cool organic products on the trade show floor. Here were the five organic products that really caught my attention.

DAHLICIOUS GO YO! LASSI FOR KIDS – STRAWBERRY BANANA

I’m a huge fan of probiotics and if we can be giving them to kids at an early age, I firmly believe that we’ll be able to make a dent in the serious health problems that they are suffering from.

Kur Delights, a Fantastic Organic Snack, Officially Launch in the U.S.

There were several highlights from last year’s 2011 Natural Products Expo East trade show in Baltimore.

One of them was staying at the amazing Inn at the Black Olive hotel, the most green hotel that I have ever visited.

Another was speaking on one of the panels at the show titled “Allergies, Additives and Special Diets” – the first trade show panel that I was asked to be on.

And another one was a memory I have of driving back home to New York City from Baltimore. I was absolutely famished and reached into my bag looking for a food sample that I had received at the show.

I pulled out a Kur Delight, ripped open the wrapper, and bit into it. To this day, I vividly remember saying to myself “Wow, this is amazing.” I could not believe it how great it tasted. Read More »
